Namasoft builds and supports business software. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers namasoft.com only. Our documentation site and the Nama ERP systems we deploy for customers are separate, and a customer’s own installation is governed by the agreement we hold with that customer, not by this page.
What we collect
When you contact us or request a demo. The forms on this site ask for your name and email address, and optionally your company, phone number and a message. We also record the language you were browsing in, the page you submitted from, the time of submission, and the country your connection appears to come from.
Approximate location. So we can show you the right office and phone number, we read the country your network connection appears to originate from. This is a country code only — not a precise location — and we do not store it except as part of an enquiry you choose to send us.
Server logs. Like nearly every website, our servers keep technical records of requests, which can include IP addresses, timestamps, the pages requested and browser information. These are used to operate and secure the site.
What we do not collect. We do not build an advertising profile of you across other websites, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, both provided by Google, to understand which pages are useful and how many visitors go on to contact us. They set cookies in your browser, and they send Google technical information about your visit — including your IP address and the pages you view — which Google processes under its own terms.
They are not sent what you type. When you submit a form, this site reports only that a submission happened, which kind it was, and which page it came from. Your name, email address, phone number and message go to us, by email, and are not included in anything sent to Google.
Analytics was added on 12 August 2026. Before that date this site ran none, and earlier versions of this page said so.
Why we use it
We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, arrange and run demonstrations, provide support, and keep in touch about the products you asked about. We use server logs to keep the site running and to investigate abuse or technical faults.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who can see it
Enquiries reach our sales and support teams, and are handled by our offices in the region — which today are in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Libya. Where an enquiry concerns a specific country, it may be routed to the office serving it, so your details may be handled outside the country you wrote from.
We use ordinary service providers to run the site and deliver email. They may process your data on our behalf and only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you and to maintain our business relationship, and after that for as long as we have a legitimate reason to — for example a contractual or accounting obligation. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold,
- correct it if it is wrong,
- delete it,
- or stop using it to contact you.
Write to info@namasoft.com and say what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request about someone’s personal data.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear rather than slipped in quietly.
